The company was established on December 16, 2008

The company purpose is the design and construction of plants for the production of electricity from renewable sources, including wind, photovoltaic and hydroelectric plants with particular reference to small and medium size plants (less than 10 megawatts), the transport and transformation of energy as well as its distribution and sale.

Currently the company owns wind farms for a total of 660 kW located in Campania, Basilicata and Calabria.
