The company was established on December 28, 2005. Its company purpose is the design, construction of plants for the production, transport and transformation of energy from renewable sources, as well as the distribution and sale of energy, the maintenance of the plants.

The company currently owns wind farms for a total of 12.75 MW located in Calabria.
