The company was established on September 3, 1993. Its corporate purpose is the design and construction of plants for the production, transport and transformation as well as the distribution and sale of energy from renewable sources.

The company currently owns wind farms for a total of 169 MW located in Campania and Puglia.

In detail, 140 WTG Vestas V42, V44 for a total of 84.00 MW in Campania - Montefalcone, San Marco dei Cavoti, Molinara, Foiano, Baselice and San Giorgio la Molara whose commissioning took place on April 1996 –January 99 and 142 WTG Vestas V42 , V44 for a total of 85.20 MW in Puglia - Alberona, Sant'Agata di Puglia, Anzano di Puglia and Monteleone di Puglia whose commissioning took place on April 1996 – January 2000
